Mr Suresh is the Chairman of the company, with total business experience of 40 years, specially Textile industry. He has a saree wholesale business in Kolhapur with annual turnover of Rs 100 Crore under name and style of M/s Vijay Textile (Gandhinagar, Kolhapur, Maharashtra ).
He is a commerce graduate. He has a good social and business network in business communities across India. He will be responsible for overall supervision of business and finance of the company.
Roshan Bisani
CEO - Ego Premium Products Pvt Ltd
With a master’s degree in Commerce, a diploma holder in Business Finance and with specialization in business development programme from IIM, Ahmedabad, Roshan started his journey to make a career in the field of plywood and veneer by joining his family business in 1998 at the age of 21. The sudden spurt in demand and popularity for wooden flooring in the Indian market, encouraged him to venture out on his own, wherein he tied up with companies abroad for the import of wooden flooring, thus Ego Brand was established in February 2005. He likes to work as a team and leads by an example, simply due to his profound knowledge of business and passion towards his work. As an individual, he is highly motivated with a strong belief in "Change is the only constant" to which he adapts too effortlessly.
He is responsible for overall sales achievement and overall company’s success story of Ego Brand.
Ms. Sweta Bisani
Director - Ego Premium Products Pvt Ltd
Mrs. Sweta is a business women , with thrust to start a business in furnishing industry she launched The Big E Retail howroom in April 2017 for high end wood floors solutions, handpicked from across the Globe for reselling within India.
Under current role and responsibility in Ego Premium Products Pvt Ltd, she handles brandings of product portfolio, distribution of sampling, market feedback on product quality and strength.
Mr. Ramesh Bisani
Director - Ego Premium Products Pvt Ltd
Mr. Ramesh Bisani is the founder and promoter of EGO Brand, he has almost 40 years experience in the field of wood import and trading based out of Vardha ( Maharashtra ). Apart from this business is a proprietor of Furtilizer business called M/s Bisani trading company. In Current role Mr. Ramesh is acting as a Director of the company and is looking after the business and marketing in the geographies of North and Central Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Telengana and Southern part of Madhya Pradesh.
Mr Vijay Pandhre
Managing Director - Ego Premium Products Pvt Ltd
Mr Vijay is the Managing Director of the company and well versed with the wooden flooring industry. He is a true banker by heart. Total experience of over 20 years in Sales, Marketing, Risk and credit monitoring functions in banking industry. Specialization is in Sales, Marketing, monitoring and Servicing of SME and Mid Corporate clients of banking industry. Worked with banks like HDFC Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd (Erstwhile ING Vysya Bank Ltd) and RBL Bank.
In Ego premium, Vijay will be responsible for Financial Management, Account, over all administration and day to day working of the company. He is also responsible for overall sales and marketing strategies
Mr Ramesh Mamtani
He is the National Head – Sales and Marketing. He comes with 40 years rich experience in Paint, Tiles and in Flooring Industry. He is well verse with current Indian Market, it's demand and supply scenario. He is well connected with industry’s Top Architect's and Dealer's/Distributor's. He is responsible for sales and marketing drive and management of sales team.
